- A seven-sided arrangement of Union ships and military camps surrounding 7 rats and one cat. Harpers Ferry appears in the center of a circular design. The ship locations are Charleston, Savannah, Mississippi, Norfolk and Pensacola. The military camps are located at Washington and Manassas Gap. The caption below reads "When I wish to catch rats, I first stop their holes", below that reads "Gen'l Scott"
