Por quanto en real cédula expedida en Aranjuez à veinte y uno de abril de este año se ha dignado S.M. mandar lo siguente:,, el Rey-virreys, presidentes, regentes y oidores de mis reales audiencias de los dominios de América, é islas Filipinas. Para remediar los graves inconvenientes que resultan del número indefinido y arbitrario de agentes, y solicitadores para los negocios de esos mis reynos en la corte
