- Leonhard Hansen's Latin original Vita mirabilis ... sororis Rosae de S. Maria limensis was first published Rome 1664. It was freely translated by Joannes Baptista Wouters from the Latin original and first published Brussels 1668, under title "Het wonder leven, de kostelycke doodt ... van de H. Rosa de S. Maria van Lima in Peru" In this 1671 ed. the translators preface, dated 1670, states that this is a shortened version of his 1668 translation, published at the request of his readers.
