- Resembles New Style NS.III (c.f. Deroche "The Abbasid Tradition"; Kahlili cat. 79 accession#KFQ26), with characteristic vertical format. Six lines. Text box dimensions 10.9 x 7.7 cm
- Paper in fair condition overall. Some discoloration; some separation at spine in complete bi-folios. Holes from binding visible. Small piece of thread attached to spine possibly a remnant of binding.
- Black ink on paper with red, green and black diacritical marks. Gilded circular red and green verse markers present.
