- GCIA Infrastructure Chair Marty Rowland's proposals with regard to the Duany Gentilly Charette's May 24, 2006 report draft compiling recommendations from "Duany" to be submitted to the appropriate GCIA committees for review. Includes The Housing Team Proposal (June 27, 2006), Infrastructure and Quality of Life Committee Proposal (June 28, 2006), Land Use and Zoning Committee Proposal (July 1, 2006), and the Economic Revitalization Proposal (July 2, 2006) covering a variety of different issues, ranging from a timetable for urgent infrastructural phasing to a need for more respect for the poor.
