Abstract:
Announcement by The Unified Command (U.S Environmental Protection Agency, U.S Coast Guard, and Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality) warning residents of the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans not to drink, cook, brush teeth, or bathe with tap water unless boiled or chlorinated, due to microorganisms found in the water.
