Abstract:
This pamphlet advertises how to take advantage of the new housing recovery program developed by Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco and funded by the Louisiana Recovery Authority, the Louisiana Disaster Recovery Unit, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for Hurricane Katrina and Rita disaster victimes.
