Abstract:
This article from Churchwork from the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana and the Church of the Annunciation in New Orleans describes a new parochial Mission Station called the Church of All Souls. This new Mission Station will minister to those Hurricane Katrina victimes who want to return to their homes.
