- Script identifiable as New Style NS.I (c.f. Deroche, "The Abbasid Tradition" Khalili cat. 90 accession#KFQ73); folio from the same manuscript as Khalili cat. 90 accession#KFQ73. Twenty two lines. Text box dimensions measure 24.8 x 15.4 cm.
- Paper in fair condition overall. Edges somewhat irregular; some discoloration overall, especially around corners. Some areas of loss within text. Spine edge has been reinforced with paper.
- Black ink on buff paper with red, yellow, green and black diacritical marks. Yellow and red ink ten verse markers appear outside of the text box. Yellow script outlined in black ink indicates beginning of surat Muḥammad [47]. Incongruous circular illustration in black ink appears on recto.
