Abstract:
Photograph of George Ganiere's bronze statue of Lincoln at the time of his Second Inaugural Address, on March 4, 1865. Unveiled at Burlington, Wisconsin, in 1913, as the gift of Francis W. Meinhardt. A bronze plaque on the front of the pedestal includes a quote from the Second Inaugural Address.
