Abstract:
Halftone print of Houck's bronze statue "Lincoln at Prayer," accompanied by an article from The Christian Science Monitor, Feb. 12, 1932 that provides a history of the creation of this sculpture and the intention of the late sculptor's surviving sister to offer the statue to the Federal Government for use as a memorial at Gettysburg.
