- Physical Description: Image is in very good condition. Persian inscription above figure's head may have been a later addition to painting; it appears in a general area of damage and repair. Otherwise, details of the image are beautifully preserved. Painting is finely drawn, elaborate gold leaf repoussé techniques on the subject's clothing and throne. Very intricate detail throughout the image. Woman's head surrounded by a green halo with a gold band. Text says 'Piya Wati'
