Description
- Abstract:
- In this text, postcolonial identity is analyzed as that which assumes its defunct nature as complete, detaching itself from any finality and any temporal or geographical markers: an identity, in other words, that relies in an anachronistic logic and relies on precarious figures, in which the 'logos' coexists with the 'mythos.' In this context, cultural identity exists alongside cultural plurality, in which each Presence hides inside itself an Absence, in which the Beginning retains the old and enigmatic shape of a question with no answer.
