- This document is a letter written by Aruna Roy to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi regarding proposed bill on HIV/AIDS. It says, "I am enclosing a letter from the Lawyers’ Collective requesting a meeting with you regarding a proposed Bill on HIV/AIDS. This legislation has been drafted jointly by a number of civil society groups and the National Aids Control Organisation (NACO). It is based on extensive research and consultation. I would be grateful if you would give them an appointment."
