Description

Abstract:: This document is a draft letter with no details of sender and reciever regarding a tragedy at the Tehri Dam in Uttaranchal. On 3 August, 2004 there was a collapse of a part of a tunnel at the Tehri Dam site and nearly 20 labourers working in the tunnel were killed, while many others were injured. It discusses serious doubts about the safety of the project.
