- This document is a scanned article 'The Future of mid-day meals' by Jean Dreze and Aparajita Goyal. It meantions that this surevey suggests that school meals have made a promising start around the country. Yet, quality issues need urgent attention of mid-day meal programmes are to realise their full potential, improved mid-day programmes could have a major impact on school attendance, child nutrition and social equity. This scanned document also includes the first page of 'A Brief Analysis of Socioeconomic Constraints to Social Forestry in the Philippines' by Lucrecio L. Rebugio.
