- This document includes consolidated YI Position on Rural Water Supply and Sanitation - Based on the 'Background Note on Rural Water Supply and Sanitation' presented to the National Advisory Council. Based on comments of four peer reviewers a preliminary analysis of the challenges facing rural water supply and the programs offered to tackle them the listed conclusions were drawn.
