- Investigating historical ideas and positions which led to contemporary literary criticism, the article discusses the system of production and circulation of Brazilian criticism. It considers the materiality of the process, institutional pressure on readers and critics, printed and digital media, as well as the role of education in the long duration.
- Investigando idéias e posições históricas que levaram à crítica literária contemporânea, o artigo discute o sistema de produção e circulação da crítica brasileira. Considera a materialidade do processo, pressão institucional sobre leitores e críticos, mídia impressa e digital, bem como o papel da educação na longa duração.
