- Abstract:
- This document is a copy of writ petition filed by People's Union for Civil Liberties Vs. Union of India & Others regarding Sampoorna Gramin Rozgar Yojana (SGRY). The court issued the directions that the Gram Panchayat shall frame employment generation proposals in accordance with the Sampoorna Gramil Rozgar Yojana (SGRY) guidelines for creation of useful community assets that have the potential for generating sustained and gainful employment such as water and social conservation, afforestation and agro-horticulture, salvipasture, minor irrigation and link roads.
