- This letter was sent by Arvind Kejriwal, Parivartan to Dr. NC Saxena, Commissioner of the Supreme Court to bring various issues to his notice. The issues raised in the letter are - Access to lists of beneficiaries and distribution records, appellate mechanism, grievance redressal mechanism and furnishing of records by ration dealers to the department.
