- The article focuses on the effect of climate change on regional and world order, natural resources and sovereignty of states. Topics include implications of climate change on global security including changes in human civilization, change in climate due to human activities and preparation of societies to respond and adapt to stresses. Also cited are fragile states, resource-stressed or Catch-22 states and disputed zones and integration of global efforts on technological and technical solutions.
