- Kim Hewson, a public school teacher, discusses her involvement with Renaissance Church, a congregation based in the Mashapaug Pond neighborhood. Hewson describes her own and the church's mission in the neighborhood, particularly with the Burmese immigrant community, in the context of her faith, and of New England history. She also talks about her work with the Environmental Justice League, and the ecology of the pond.
