- Another French edition was printed by Claude Barbin in Paris the same year.
- Includes an account of João Gonçalves Zarco's disocovery of the Madeira Islands. Zarco was a Portuguese sailor and squire to Prince Henry the Navigator.

- Engraved printer's ornament on title page; head and tail pieces; initials.
