- Abstract:
- French cities personified in the form of women with crowns on their heads, march as a soldier calls out to them. They wear signs that say "freedom of the press" and "freedom to congregate", but they have been crossed out with a thin "X". The two towns that are visible are Lyon and Grenoble, each written on the respective crown of the first two women.
