Description
- Abstract:
- Entrance hall of the Fair, in the Palais des expositions diverses. The Palais had a central position on the Champ-de-Mars: it faced the Eiffel tower, and was located between Formigé's two buildings (the Palais des beaux-Arts and Palais des arts libéraux). The dome was a gate to the galleries of the Palais des expositions diverses and to the Galerie de trente mètres, which led to the Palais des machines.
