- Abstract:
- This document is a draft letter from Mrs. Sonia Gandhi to CM of J&K regarding promoting transparency and accountability within the government. In this letter Mrs. Gandhi says that the National Advisory Council believes that it is a Fundamental Right of the citizens of the India to seek and obtain public records from their Government. This Fundamental Right protects the welfare of ordinary citizens as well as the greater public by promoting transparency and accountability within the Government.
