Description
- Abstract:
- This essay reads Clarice Lispector's work as situated in the in-between space generated by the crisis of representation that lies at the core of postmodernism. It relates ‘A Paixão Segundo G.H.’ to the crisis of nominalism; it connects ‘Água Viva’ to the language opulence and the failure of meaning; and it presents ‘A Hora da Estrela’ as writing with the body.
