Description
- Abstract:
- This document inclues Questions and Comments by Chintan Patel from Young India on The Communal Violence (Suppression) Bill, 2005. "• A potential flaw in the bill is that it cannot be invoked unless the State or the government does not declare the area as communally disturbed. Thus, acts of communal violence in areas which have not been declared as communally disturbed areas will not be punished according to the “stricter” law. "
