Abstract:: Letter from Brazilian Representative to the OAS, Alarico Silveira Junior, to the IACHR Executive Director Edmundo Vargas Carreño, acknowledging receipt of communication from the OAS on 01/14/1981, in which the IACHR requested additional information from the GOB about the Silva and Kucisnki case. Silveira Junior states that the GOB investigated the case and found no information about the detention of Silva and Kucinski.
