Abstract:
This document includes the process of selecting rehabilitation sites and lands must involve the PAPs and their preferences must have the final say in selection - • The plan of project formation and the R & R policy must be coterminous and concurrent. • The entire expenditure related to R&R process should be part of the project cost. • A full settlement of all rights of PAP’s must be addressed as part of planning process.
