- Abstract:
- This document is a NAC Note prepared by Shekhar Singh after the meting held on 26th August 2005 where Dr N.C Saxena made a presentation on the draft National Development, Displacement and Rehabilitation Policy. The presentation was followed by a discussion. During the presentation and discussion I expressed my reservations about some of the points raised and would like to record them in this note so that they can be taken up when we are further discussing the draft policy.
